Dr Julian de Silva is a skillful, brilliant, and artistic surgeon. I attended two consultations with him before having surgery. The staff was wonderful. Dr De Silva is an amazing plastic surgeon. He created the nose I always wished for, also correcting the breathing issues I had. I would recommended him to anyone. He genuinely cares about his patients and is available if you have any questions post op too. I would highly recommend.
