I was butchered back in Sept/2016 when I got an E-coli infection during a lipoma removal procedure on my hip. The infection would have been caught in time if he would have schedule a follow sooner than 3 weeks after the surgery. Even then I had to beg him to do a culture despite the stitches not mending and green puss coming from wound, which the culture confirmed. I was left with an inch deep quarter size wound that took 4 months to heal into a permanent scared. Avoid him at all cost.

Please be aware, treatment of traction alopecia has two phases. First, 4 sessions of anti-inflammatory injections. Second phase, Platelet Rich Plasma injections that may not be covered by insurance. My quote of $2,400.00 cash only came after I had completed the first phase! I wish someone had told me at the beginning of the treatment. ):

I walked out after discovering that at 8:30 this morning there were 5 before me and he was still in with his first appt of the day. I've walked out many times before and even when i was already in the exam room. I told him i was going to start charging him for my time. Not funny when i have taken days off work to see him. I think he's a great dermatologist but it's time to find someone else.

Dr J Moore is all about the money. He will triple book appointments and have you waiting for two hours plus. Don't get me wrong he is very charming and will tell you what you want to hear and will even apologize for the long wait. But if you plan on along term relationship with this office I do not recommend them.

Waited 2 hrs 10 minutes to be seen. The staff is HORRIBLE! Rude, condescending, uncaring. If you need to call the office it is nearly impossible to get to a human being. Leaving messages, as instructed, is useless - they don't return calls. After 3 days of numerous calls finally spoke with someone and explained I was concerned about lack of healing from a procedure. She said she would alert nurse to call me back - NO CALL BACK. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else.

I was appalled that this doctor took a biopsy on my first visit and came back with results of pre-cancer on my lower neck and wanted to schedule surgery right away! Luckily, I ran back to the dermatologist I had seen for years(Dr. Miners) and he looked at the test results and said, "This is nothing...we have spots all over our bodies and heads".....Always get a second opinion before you allow a doctor to start cutting on you.
