Dr. Gronbach made everything easy to understand, whether that’d be how the procedure would go, or what to expect rolling the operation. I felt absolutely no pain from the operation and even after it my medications have served me well. I honestly don’t think I could’ve gotten better service anywhere else.
I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at the same time and it felt professional from the very first visit. The teeth was removed efficiently and now healing effectively. Would definitely recommend.
We had a friendly and informative experience
I had a good time with the staff, they explained the surgery very well to me and I felt very safe around them. The surgery went well and so far there have been zero complications.
I knew getting my wisdom teeth out at 34 would be difficult but Dr. Gronbach, truly listened to my concerns; explained what I did not understand and was honest about any sort of complications that might arise. His staff was welcoming and equally helpful to make sure that the experience was as "painless" as possible. They even answered questions post surgery over the phone and spent the time to listen and make sure I received as accurate of information as possible. Everyone at Dr. Gronbach's was very helpful and thorough from working with insurance to explaining expectations at the consultations and prepping for surgery. The Dr. and his staff made the entire experience easy and not at all scary or stressful.
