From the first visit to the follow up, my daughter was treated with respect and professionalism. by the entire staff. They allayed her fears, and mine, too. We left with a full understanding of what we need to do to properly care for her teeth. We highly recommend Dr. Gronbach and his staff.

I have terrible anxiety and was very hesitant to take my wisdom teeth out but after my first visit with Dr. Gronbach I knew I was making the right decision. The office is very clean and inviting, the front desk staff is very efficient, and Kimberly made me feel comforted and listened to as I worked out all the crazy emotions before a surgical procedure. The entire procedure and post procedure was perfect. I had no puffiness and actually went out to dinner the evening after my extraction.
I had a very positive experience. I felt like I was in good hands and all of my questions and concerns were listened to and answered.
Often with dentists and oral surgeons I have had to wait up to 45 min. after my scheduled appointment until I get transferred from a waiting room to a examination room. However with Dr. Gronbach he and his team never had me wait more than 5 min and once when I was running really early they still fit me in within 5 min. Impressive! The staff is as nice as it gets. He did a great and thorough job, one thing that was a little annoying was how it took him 20 minutes to see me during the followup appointment.
