Great experience. I really felt taken care of.
Dr. Gronbach and his team took every step to make sure my procedure went A+. From explanations and answering questions pre-op to teaching me exactly what to do post-op, Gronbach and his team had me calm and relaxed about my first surgery ever. I was really worried going into it but everyone here made the experience flawless! 10/10 would refer anyone looking for oral surgery to this team!
Dr. Gronbach and his staff were great from initial consultation, surgery and post op appointment. They answered every question and took the time to explain the process from start to finish. They make you very comfortable with the process.
My experience at Dr. Gronbach office was terrific! what i thought was going to be a treacherous procedure was surprisingly painless and short. Clearly the best oral surgery experience I have ever encountered.
From beginning to end, this was an exceptional experience for me. I went to see Dr. Gronbach for a "spot" at the back of my mouth. The first time I went into the office, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I had fractured the root of a tooth that had previously had a root canal. Dr. Gronbach did the extraction and then after adequate healing, he then placed an implant for me
As I was getting my wisdom teeth removed, I was surprised by how quickly it went by and was given all the necessary components and information to keep me feeling well while I recovered from it with minimal pain. They listened to me when I had concerns and were very nice about everything.
The procedure was well-explained, I felt comfortable going into and out of it. After care instructions and the "Hug Mug" was great too. Thank you!
