I was pretty scared to get my wisdom teeth out after all of the horror stories I had heard from other people but I had very useful instructions and calls to check in to help me manage my pain as well as helpful tools and medicine to make me feel better!
They did an amazing job on explaining what they were going to do and going through with the operation!
I was super nervous get my molars removed but Dr. Gronbach and his team made it super easy for me. I don't remember the surgery at all, since I was put to sleep. I got a "get better" mug as well, which I thought was cute. My healing process was a bit painful but I'm just glad it's over and I'm doing better. Thank you, Dr. Gronbach!
The entire experience from front office staff to Dr Gronbach and the surgical assistants was top notch. We appreciated their expertise and care during our daughter's procedure and the weeks following it. She was leaving for college very shortly after her wisdom teeth removal and they even went as far as to look into doctors near her college should the unlikely need arise to see one.
No one wants to get teeth pulled, but if you have to get one pulled? Dr. Gronbach and his team are a great choice! Friendly, professional and as gentle as one can hope!
Very simple procedure with very sweet people guiding me through the process. It was nice that everyone was aware of how nervous I was for this and for helping me through it.
Had to get an implant. I'd heard horrible, scary things from people who've had them done in the past. I don't know who their dentists were , but my experience was that it was much simpler and less painful than they had warned. It took a while for the whole process, but I'd rather have it done right the first time. I felt like the caution and thoughtfulness through the procedures was good.
They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole process.
My experience was amazing, even though I was very very anxious about the extraction they made me feel 100% better by being super nice and willing to help with whatever I needed. Also very cheerful and helpful!
