Our 7 year old cat had to have dental surgery, and I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Kelly's on Broadway and Camino Seco! They are on top of it! From the initial call to the pre-op appointment, they were fantastic. They got back to me immediately and kept me informed every step of the way. I dropped him off for surgery at 8am and he was back home resting comfortably by 11:00 am. The cherry on top? My 9 year old cat Shiva needed some dental work and they handled it quickly and with a lot of special care. The whole package ended up being $1130 and that might sound expensive. However I was quoted twice as much as more than a few places. She needed 15 teeth out! She's also very small and needed special care around anesthesia. The pre and post care was awesome as well. Highly recommend for your dog or cat.
Very affordable and can save money. I have been taking my dog there for dental cleaning and spent around $300 while another clinic charges $3,000. I'm glad I run into their ad at a local dog shop. You usually have to wait 1 month for an appointment. Depending on the location of the appt, you may have to drive far since they are mobile clinic (sometimes close to your place). Staff are nice and professional. Been going there for 3 years and more to come. Thank you Dr. Kelly's.
Wonderful experience! We took 5 year old/ 14lb chiweenie for a dental. The estimate was very reasonable and allowed us to feel good about taking care of our dog. Our regular vet estimated 1200-1800 which is just remarkably unaffordable especially with three dogs. Techs were welcoming and kind and they took great care of our girl. They called during and after the procedure as well as a follow up the next day. Teeth look great, dog did great. Will be bringing our newest addition there to be fixed this fall.
Our French bulldog Tonka went in for a spay this morning. Making the appointment was easy, drop off and pick up was easy, front door tech was nice. The staff called Tonka a princess ! She is a spoiled drama queen indeed. She hated being in a cage.. thats not her fault, we have never crated her before . Anyway, all went well. When I noticed my dog's fractured tooth, I immediately began calling around to find a good vet to take care of the extraction and also check her other teeth. Dr Kelly's not only was the most affordable one I found, but also the most communicative, detailed, and kind. The staff was friendly and upfront about cost estimates, and at no point tried to upsell on unnecessary treatments. Had a found german shepard girl who was traumatized by being dumped, and we ended up keeping her after months of trying to find the owner. We had a vet check and were unable to confirm if she was spayed. Hormone tests were almost if not more expensive than surgery. Found Dr. Kelly through Maddies Fund, and they got us an appt and I explained the consern. On appt day, they did everything they could to check her (traumatized shepherd) for signs of a spay. I don't usually post reviews but I wanted to share my experience as I am SO pleased with Dr. Kelly's vet clinic... For one, I am not a resident of Tucson. I live out of state and was worried my 8lb chihuahua was going into heat for her third time... might I add - she showed symptoms of pyometra (infection of uterus) towards the end of her last heat.
