In scheduling an appointment I had to do everything online there was no way to speak with anybody over the phone. I had to wait several weeks to get the appointment and it was for a surgery for my dog I was referred to you from my veterinarian. My dog had a fast-growing tumor. By the time I was able to get the appointment they told me they would not do any surgery. They referred me to several other clinics who had a very long time before I could get another appointment. Our rescue took male dogs there to get neutered, and they ended up getting parvo there. Then their staff denied it happened, it cost us thousands of dollars to care for the dogs. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
NOT HAPPY!!!! Their prices for vaccines have increased EXPONENTIALLY in 3 years. Also, they no longer carry the 3 year Parvo vaccine (only the 1 year). They didn't tell me this in advance and so now I have to go and get it somewhere else in a year. Change in Vaccine Price from 2020: 3 year rabies in 2020: $17 3 year rabies in 2023: $30 (76% increase!!) 3 year Parvo in 2020: $22 1 year Parvo in 2023: $39 ( so you are paying 72% more and are getting only 1 year instead of 3) In effect, you are paying 216% more... read more
I would stay clear of this office. My pup had an absess that needed to be looked at and lanced but they state they do not perform services like this. What? Their facility name is Dr Kelly's surgical unit? I wouldn't bother contacting this office for any services. To leave a pup hanging with a large absess below her ear/eye is appalling and shows how much they actually care for animals in need.
My dog came in for a dental cleaning last month. A few things about this establishment,do not expect to speak with the doctors directly but rather through the vet technicians. Yes this is a cheaper alternative for costly procedures, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. I didn't feel welcomed or confident in my pet's care until it was too late when he was taken in the back. I used to love this place when they had vans. Now they just opened their Tucson location and it's awful. You stand with other people and their pets in a closed off room. There is no one there to see you. There is a sign in sheet that another customer had to show me. But it's worthless to sign it because when the tech does come out she randomly picks people regardless of appointment. BBB rating is F... Alarming pattern of complaints. low cost advertising but then bait & switch to a higher estimate at dropoff and an even higher price at pickup. Rather than routine dental cleaning they'll upsell to multiple extractions with full anaesthesia for 3X+ the price. Vets never talk to you, only technician. Very Shady!! Read the complaints before you bring your furbaby here.
Would never recommend them to anyone ! Rabies vaccine has no contradiction since is always fetal and after waiting for few weeks for appointments their doctor denied giving our girl the vaccine for no valid reason and left us at risk! Horrific
Found out about them from my neighbors on the Next Door app. My dog's vet recommended a surgeon to remove a cancerous lump . Most vet surgeons had long waiting periods or high examination fees (yes again, despite having a lab report n referral from my vet) this place is reasonable( no examination fee) and explained the case to me well, even suggested an oncologist , if I wanted it done elsewhere.
