If I could I’d do zero stars. After confirming my appt via text with my dogs name, breed, WEIGHT, and age (5-6yrs old) I used PTO to take my German Shepard 30 min away from home for a dental cleaning. I explicitly told them how much my dog weighed (around 130lbs) they did not give any signs that there would be any issues. I get to my appt and they weigh my large German Shepard at 134lbs. They tell me they won’t do the cleaning unless he LOSES 55lbs, then I can call back and schedule with them. What a joke. Literally wasted m... read more
