Our experience was great. My baby Fiona was discharged by Dr. Matthew, at the Bell location in Phoenix. He was profesional, knowledgeable and above all kind to an extremely nervous dog mom. He answered all my questions with the outmost clarity and patience. I am very grateful.

Dr. Kelly's did amazing with my big pitties mass removal and dental. The check in was quick. Technicians were informative. The incision is beautiful! My big guy is healed and happy I have brought all my pets here for the last 3 years and will always come back!

I have brought 3 of my animals to Dr Kelly's for dental cleanings. My cat needed all of his teeth pulled! He recovered quickly without any complications!! He is feeling so much better now!! After my cats procedure went so well I brought both of my dogs who had the same great experience!! Highly recommend!!

As a first time cat owner, I was honestly a little overwhelmed and unsure how to go about getting my cat the care she needed. From the moment I called Dr. Kelly's surgical unit, I felt so supported. Took my dog in for dental work and it went very well. Ended up being a larger quantity of tooth removal than expected but I was contacted prior and kept updated step by step. Communication was great throughout the entire process, both the office and the vets/nurses. Frankie checked me out and he was extremely informative and helpful. Pup is sleeping now and just starting the healing process. Extremely fair priced and had meds ready upon post op. Thank you guys all of you!

Does your fur baby need surgery? Mine needed an emergency splenectomy with a huge mass attached to it and a bladder stone removal. This was a major surgery! I was given quotes upwards of $10,000! Let me tell you, I was willing to go broke however, I found this facility where not only do they do only surgeries every day but make it cost efficient for the fur babies humans. I had an excellent experience with dental cleaning for my dog. I went to the Mesa location because of scheduling availability. My appointments were set quickly and conveniently by phone, with an initial dental eval followed by cleaning 1 week later. Total cost including anesthesia was less than 50% of my home vet quotes and dog had an good experience. Would recommend.

I don't know if my first review made it on here but I agree that the financial part is handled poorly and is replete with confusion resulting in higher fees than expected. However, it does seem that they do provide excellent care and are skilled surgeons and I am very thankful for that part. They are also pleasant to deal with as well.
