Overall I had a positive experience with this vet service. Just FYI in order to book an appointment there is a $40 NONREFUNDABLE fee. The fee does go towards the surgery balance. I booked my appointment online and was later able to speak to a girl in the office before my dog's surgery. I told her that I wanted to confirm with her how much it was going to be upfront and that the pain meds were included. She said it would be $163 and yes the painkiller rx was included. There aren't enough words to brag about these guys. They aren't mobile anymore but when you walk in to check in, they greet you immediately. They're happy to see you and they get your pet back to the back in record time. We neutered a stray cat who has taken up residence in our backyard. He was done in 30 minutes! My kitten needed to have her right eye removed due to a trauma when she was born. I received a quote from a highly recommended eye specialist but it was simply out of my budget $4,300. Dr Kelly's practice is very transparent with their pricing. It was much more affordable for me $800. Great experience! I submitted my inquiry for bladder stone removal on my dachshund on a Saturday and was contacted early Monday offering a procedure on Tuesday. Cost at the end was a little more than quoted which i anticipated/is to be expected, and, i add that it was significantly lower than our primary vet. We had scheduled mass removal and first session was to take blood which was done very efficiently, on time etc with the next appt for surgery a week following. We cancelled out a few days before as we were very concerned because of the age of dog (13yrs) and that week had developed other symptoms. Deposit was promptly refunded.
Dr. Kelly herself I did not meet, but her support staff are amazing. Everything from check-in to after surgery care, it's amazing what they are doing for our surrounding community to help save $$ on the high cost of care. My dog by our nearby vet estimated between $2300-$2800 and that didn't include the nose biopsy. The total out the door with the additional nose biopsy came to $1070. The wait time was pretty rough- check in time was 10:30 and she didn't come home until after 9:30. But they took EXCELLENT care of my little gal and they were so much more affordable than I could have hoped for. She's healing up and is already back to her perky little self! We wouldn't have been able to afford her care if it weren't for their commitment to affordability. I'm so grateful.
Did a great job with our cats surgery. Super comforting and accommodating. Not sure if I should post this part but the surgery went off without a hook and they charged us less than the original quote. Tell me a business that ever does that this day and age?! Awesome job guys!
