Dr. Grossman's office was able to get me an appointment first thing in the morning after yesterday afternoon when I called about a broken left second maxillary molar tooth(#15). Although I arrived before my appointment, the friendly dental assistant and dentist greeted me promptly, examined my tooth, asked appropriate questions and took an x-ray. I had a tooth that cracked and needed to be extracted. I called at 8am and was given an appointment at noon. The dentist and technician explained what needed to be done, constantly asked me if I was ok during the extraction, and when the extraction was complete, gave me instructions orally and in writing to take care of the area of the extracted tooth. The dentist and technician were professional and caring.
Great attention and felt very comfortable having some fillings done, eventhough anesthesia is not my favorite lol great people.
They were on time and very courteous.

Had to have my partial denture replaced. It was done digitally rather than the old way of creating a mold. Never heard of it being down this way. When it came back it fit perfectly out of the box. I’ve had many adjustments with prior partials. Just amazing.
They are very caring and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone, coming from someone who has high anxiety at the dentist. They make me so comfortable the anxiety is almost none existent. I had went in for a filling fix ( filling fell out) they were also able to give me an unplanned cleaning which I appreciated very much!
