Went in for a filling... nowhere to safely put my purse or coat. I should've left it in the reception room I guess but I didn't think of it and it wasn't suggested. I was having another problem , my previous dentist would've discussed my options more throughly ,Dr Grossmanwas obviously was in a hurry today. I believe he charged me extra for a missed appointment. ..which is ok...but unusual in the way it was done.

I was out of town when I popped off my crown when eating luckily I did not swallow it. I had a cleaning scheduled and they said to come in early and they would clean and put my crown back on. Mary, the dental hygienist, did a great job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Grossman popped my crown right back on and I was good to go in record time. That is why I love this practice, they are friendly kind and very efficient! They’re the best!
New patient. Today was my first visit. The staff are all very pleasant. My hygienist Danielle was excellent. I never felt any discomfort. When the foctor came in to check my teeth he made me feel as if i had been a patient for years rather than just hours. I would and will recommend Dr Grossman for anyone in need of excellent dental care.
My appointment this week was with Dr. Hippeli. I can't say enough good things about him and the staff. Lorraine was assisting with Dr. Hippeli. I was pretty nervous coming in but Dr. Hippeli took the time to explain and answer all my questions and Lorraine was very calming and reassuring. My appointments are never rushed. I trust them both and would highly recommend this office to everyone in need of dental services.
I had never received such great care at my previous dentist that became part of a large dental group. I am so happy that I switched to Dr. Grossman. I am now aware of what a dental visit should be like. It is a complete difference in attitude, super friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed as they answered all of my questions. I cracked my tooth in the front next to my front tooth on Saturday night. I called Dr. Grossman's office on Monday. I was able to get in that day. Dr. Grossman had to do a lot of work with zero notice to fix my teeth. But he did a great job. That's why I travel an hour to see him. I trust his work and his work ethic. I would recommend him to everyone, especially someone like me with bad teeth!
