Dr. Tack is a unique person, maybe one of a very few who actually listens to his patient. He has a professional relationship with each and every patient. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, if he needs to refer a patient he takes the time to make sure the patient gets the best referral possible.
By far the worst Dr I’ve ever met. The way he treats his staff is unbelievable, he is a narcissist. He belittles them in front of patients. He has trust issues with everyone including patients I once heard him come out of a room to ask his receptionist if she thought that the patient was a narcotics abuser, you can tell the receptionist was mortified and she just walked away. Overall, terrible experience. Rude office staff, unorganized and overwhelmed, waited and waited to see the doctor, then met with a nurse who was cold and unfriendly; then met with the doctor who wouldn't make eye contact, said bizarre things to me, didn't listen and ended up recommending that I participate in some sleep experiment, ugh it was awful!
Odd meeting and he didn't follow thru. His staff is rude, I think he fired her.

I ended up with Dr. Tack due to an unfortunate event. I knew upon our first meeting something was wrong with him. He is a VERY ODD man, he comes off as either having severe people phobias, or maybe autism or something - just a really odd man. He kept seeing me over and over again, without ever really trying to find the PROBLEM. Simply awful. Do some serious research before selecting this physician.
I have to say I find it funny and amazing that he has to have his own office staff put a positive comment on here & all the positive comments to follow were most likely made up by his other staff members since they were all within a day of each other. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO MY WORST ENEMY!! He is busy on his phone when in the exam room with me. He is ALWAYS LATE! Sometimes HOURS LATE. And most of all he is doing INSURANCE FRAUD! awful doctor and awful unprofessional office. Everything about this office gives off an unpleasant feel. It looks like the doctor is heavily pushing very expensive diet food and vitamins, patients are waiting absurd amounts of time, the only bathroom to use is down the hallway and it is not clean or convenient for elderly patients particularly for samples, even the blinds on the patients rooms are falling apart.
