I have been seeing Dr. Shelby as my gastroenterologist for years and he continues to be the very best of the best. He is consummately knowledgeable, kind and devoted to his patients and I just can't say enough positive things about him to describe what a wonderful clinician Dr. Shelby is. As a medical clinician myself, I tend to hold colleagues to the highest and most extreme standards and he is at the very top of the best list!

I was referred to Dr. Shelby by my primary doctor. Dr. Shelby saw me the same day my primary sent him the referral! That's rare nowadays! Dr. Shelby prescribed me medication and recommended a colonoscopy that was scheduled and done within 3-working days. Dr. Shelby is very kind, professional, competent, and gets the job done. The nurse had to do my IV twice. The first one hurt and leaked.
All staff were helpful, skilled, knowledgeable and friendly at what they did. Dr, Shelby and his staff are very professional. Dr Shelby took his time to explain the whole process involved in my procedure and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
