Good customer service We must have received a defective drum. It stopped working after less than 10,000 prints (advertised as 30,000). The seller was very easy to deal with and we promptly received a replacement. Excellent customer service.
Good Genuine Drum Unit! This is a good Genuine Drum Unit. I have no problem with it. It is pricey but I have no choice.
Works great Brother Genuine Drum Unit, DR820 unit works just as well as the ones I have been purchasing from the big box office supply stores at huge savings of over $30. Can't go wrong!
It works I had used off brand printer ink and it looked like something puked ink all over the inside of my printer. After trying to clean it several times I finally bought new ink and a drum and blew out the inside of my printer with an air compressor and everything is back to normal. Looks as good as our copier at work. I would caution agasint using off brand ink. Most times I say I got lucky, this time it caught up with me.
Replaced the old drum, and now have a new printer! Replaced the old drum and ink cartridge, and now have a new printer again!
