Works fine We had a problem with the drum. No assistance from Amazon, but the seller spent a considerable amount of time fixing the problem for us.
Nothing compares to the original. I have bought a good amount of drums as I print at least 3000 pages a week. I have tried knock off drums and none work as good as the original. So far the pages are crisp and clean. I am very happy with the product. I will definitely be ordering more 🙂

it is important to use genuine parts I like the fact that the documents instructed you to reset the drum count. I have bought other drums which did not remind me to do that. Not resetting the drum would cause you to buy and replace the drum prematurely. I do think the drum is a little pricey.
Longevity My first purchase of this product waa back in mid 2019. A replace wasn't needed until June 2020. That speaks volumes in itself.
