Upon arrival, I had to wait at least 20 minutes bc they needed to change something in the system for my booking. Meaning my rate was wrong in the computer. Once I got to the room I noticed the refrigerator didn’t work. I had to leave so I asked for maintenance to come fix or replace that one. The next day I noticed that the room air conditioning unit was full of dust. I told the concierge about it and showed her the picture I took and she immediately switch my room. The younger lady cleaning the rooms was extremely nice.

I had a satisfying stay. The biggest issue was a dirty air conditioner that bothered my sinuses & caused mucus

Stay 7-2023 Cleanliness was good. Nothing to be concerned about. Hotel staff wasnt extremely friendly and attentive. Area seemed kind of sketchy.
