The lobby area was clean. The carpet in our room was stained significantly, the bottle of complimentary lotion left in our room had been previously used. There was no complimentary breakfast provided even though it stated online there would be. We were only given 3 pillows with our king sized bed so we had to ask for more. Also no microwave in the room. Bathroom and bedsheets were clean, the ac was cold.
