Dry Creek’s management Is extremely professional and courteous. We have handled several projects for this particular park and I’ve seen firsthand how attentive they are to their tenants and residents of this beautiful community. Either living here or working with this community is an absolute pleasure the office staff and maintenance team is professional, attentive, and Courteous and I believe it is the reason that the community is so great.
This is a nice community with nice, new homes! Jennifer in the office is amazing and did everything to make our move here a good one! Maintenance is amazing too. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
The new office staff is absolutely amazing. Wendi is very professional and always keeps a great line of communication. They truly care about the community.
If u own your mobile home, have no kids at home, (ration water & electricity), it takes AT THE LEAST $817.00(as of 9-1-23) a month JUST for lot rent, & utilities. If you're unable to mow your grass that's at the least another $105 a month, if you're lucky. If you water your yard you will also be billed with additional sewer usage.
