Nice, quiet & yards are keeped clean. Nice playground for kid & a nice open field for kids to run & fly kits.

There are 4 pot holes that are gonna blow your tire eventually. Just watch out guys. Hopefully they do something to help
If u own your mobile home, have no kids at home, (ration water & electricity), it takes AT THE LEAST $860.00(as of 9-1-25) a month JUST for lot rent, & utilities. If you're unable to mow your grass that's at the least another $120 a month. If you water your yard you will also be billed with additional sewer usage.
