Great scanner for the price Great scanner for the price. Only compliant is the USB port on the scanner is in awkward location, should have been placed at the either of the 2 ends so not to be in the way as papers are scanned.

This scanner is a great buy and an awesome product! Amazing little lightweight machine. Was a bit apprehensive after reading some review will all these installation issues. Don't know what the problem was, but I can tell you this little machine made our job so much easier and in half the time. Out of the box, plugged into the computer at the attorney's office and scanned over 250 pages in less than 90 minutes (that's with having to remove staples and taking papers out of binders and putting them back in during the process). ... read more

Works well (mostly) despite poor documentation and mechanical design issues Works well and scans quickly. There are three reasons for 3 stars rather than 5 stars. 1) Their included software is OK but not very high-end. Their documentation is also very poor which makes it a little confusing to configure correctly in Windows 10. 2) There is an odd mechanical design flaw. If the leading edge of your paper to be scanned is even a little bit uneven or curled, it may catch on the edge of the scanner after it starts scanning. This ... read more
