No issues with that but I convinced myself before buying, that it would have some program that allowed me to manage and track and store and tag receipts like the Neat company. That's why I am giving it 4 rather than 5
Five Stars Perfect
i recommend this little scanner Brother absolutely makes the best products, i like this little scanner, but found the software somewhat confusing. it doesn't go nearly far enough explaining how to use it, but after calling Brother customer support, i was able to get it going, i'm one of those people that need step by step instructions, Anyway, i really like the small size, it replaces my old clunky scanner.
Small and Super User Friendly I have other scanners and all in one units but this is just what I needed to just scan without going across the room to remove and insert new items. Not much space on my desk as I have two desktops, 23" monitor, AB switch, keyboard, mouse and external hard drives. This little gem is wonderful and does a heck of a job. Eventually I may use it with my laptop. For now I am scanning old family photo's and documents and everything comes out perfect.
Five Stars Nice to have it
I would recommend this scanner for anyone that needs a compact This scanner is exactly what I was looking for. It is compact. Does not require a power supply(less to haul around) and is VERY fast. I would recommend this scanner for anyone that needs a compact, fast scanner capable of scanning photos, documents or business cards.
good scanner with one suggestion This is a good scanner. Color scans look good. The only problem I have with this is the power/data connection is on the back beneath where the document exits the scanner. Why couldn't this be put on one of the ends to keep the cable out of the way? When the page feeds through the scanner is slides out on to the cable and the process isn't smooth. Other than that this is a very good portable scanner.
I think this is a great product. The only thing I do not like ... I think this is a great product. The only thing I do not like is that it should include a small ramp on the backside to allow documents to go up. I'm sure the company could easily add this to the product and make it collapsible.
