Just what I needed Works great! easy to set up. I use it when I am on the road to send paper work back to the office. Doesn't jam, works smoothly and produces a perfect copy on the other end. I have given up trying to use hotel fax machines and just use this in my hotel room. Far superior.

Consistent and fast scans Faster than any flatbed I've ever owned. The speed advertised is accurate. Works fine for my one page, one or two sided scanning needs. Have put it through the wringer with no issues so far.

Five Stars great product!
A Little Workhorse. The first one I received had a cracked lower glass. I didn't realize it until I did a duplex scan and the bottom scan had a wiggly side. Brother replaced it immediately. Over 4 years later its traveled thousands of miles and works great. This takes up little desk space and the duplex scanning saves time. Every couple of years the scans turn yellow and I run the calibration sheet through and its perfect again. DS-720D scanner - great for traveling person that needs to communicate with others with a scan of papers. Somewhat difficult to set up on a laptop as they CD disk is unusable on most modern lap-top units. On-line assist was difficult to use.. After a somewhat long telephone help request, unit is working as expected.
