Pleasantly Surprised! Great quality, compact in size, very easy to set up and the color scan jobs are better than the black and white in my opinion. If you're on the fence, this is definitely a muat-have in your office or at home.

If you need to scan any type of document this is a must have. Since I have purchased this product my piles of paper have disappeared. Setup and use is a breeze. The images are professional quality and scan speeds are really fast. I just can say enough good things.

Four Stars Works great, but software is getting dated...
Easy set up Had it installed on windows 10 laptop in under 5 minutes. First scan was perfect with no modifications to settings other than I changed to pdf from jpg.
Five Stars Love this, works exactly as expected.
Great scanner at a good price and stores away easily I love this scanner. It scans double sided and is small enough to keep in a desk drawer when you are not using it. It scans multiple page (feeding one at a time). My only complaint is that the supporting software is very simple. It does not have the ability to combine pages into on scanned document, so when you scan a 10 page document, you end up with 10 separate images that have to be combined in a different software.
Glad I got the duplex model Have been using this for over an year now. Glad I got the duplex model. The accompanying desktop app doesn't look modern, but packs all the functionalities required. I scanned three boxes of old receipts and documents effortlessly. Enjoying being paper free :)
