Do not travel with cord attached! It is tempting to travel with the cord plugged in, but I just had to order a replacement DS-720D because the plug is attached to the circuit board in a flimsy manner. The scanner is much less prone to driver problems than most other scanners. As I said, I ordered another one. I would rate 5 stars if not for the connector weakness.
does not work with Sierra nice scanner but the BR-receipts does not work with Mac running Sierra - did not know that when I bought it
Works good for the small amount of scanning that we do Works good for the small amount of scanning that we do. Wish it would be able to save scans together. Example: Scanning a newsletter, scanned as individual pages instead of as an entire report. They are saved as individual PDF files for each page, not the entire report.
A little difficult to set up but good quality. It was a little difficult to set up, but once we got everything working driver wise it has been great. Documents feed easily into the machine and it scans well. The quality is excellent.

and am happy with it I've used this for 4 days, and am happy with it. I would like a more automatic method of scanning long receipts when not using the BR-Receipts software, but it works. If I have to weight running back and forth from my living room to my office for every receipt (like I was doing with a shared all in one printer) then this wins hands down. Works well We needed a scanner at work that was compatible with a program we use. This one was. It is very easy to use. We have found this item very helpful in our office and meets our needs.
