Compact Small, easy to store, and works well. The software it comes with is fine. The only downside is that you have to load each page individually for multi-page docs. It does scan double-sided docs in one go, though, which is a timesaver.
like their printers After my Fujitsu ScanSnap fell apart and Fujitsu offered no support, I looked for another scanner. At this price the Brother scanner, like their printers, performs extremely well. I use a scanner to take paper into digital two to three times a week. So the stately speed of this scanner is fine. My biggest wish is that the software is a little better and that it integrates with Evernote or OneNote. But this is a very good buy in my opinion
Its good good scanner good to have in a suitcase or a backpack It is a little lighter and easily moved on a desk still very good in what it does It is a very well priced product very good performance easy to use

I own both the 620 and 720d - I like this one better I own both the 620 and 720d - I like this one better, but it goes in turns itself off way to quickly - pain in the tail if you are doing a lot of paperwork that does not all require scanning.
An amazing, high quality scanner An amazing, high quality scanner. I can scan both sides and there's a multitude of options that make this completely customizable. I love this scanner and i'll always come back to brother for scanners.

I LOVE this scanner I LOVE this scanner! I do a lot of family history & genealogical research so i had a TON of very old and very delicate documents, newspaper clippings and photos to scan which took forever on a traditional scanner. I was able to scan a lot of items very quickly, work that would have normally taken me several days working hours at a time took me merely 1-2 hours!
