Duffy was there from day 2. They were able to negotiate with the insurance to ensure our house was recovered as close as to pre-damage as possible. What kept our experience from being a full 5 was staffing and oversight issues. The workmanship of many of the painting and finish workers below 5.0 expectation. This company left a flyer on my FRONT door after Hurricane Helene. We contacted the company, never spoke to Kyle Rowe. Services were rendered. Mr. Rowe did not see the damages to my home until after the clean up was completed. He then submitted an outlandish invoice to my insurance company for payment. My insurance company requested photos of the damage prior to any tree removal, which I provided. I also provided photos of the tree removal while in process.
