GTC came to my house on time, did a great job at a good price.
This company left a flyer on my FRONT door after Hurricane Helene. We contacted the company, never spoke to Kyle Rowe. Services were rendered. Mr. Rowe did not see the damages to my home until after the clean up was completed. He then submitted an outlandish invoice to my insurance company for payment. My insurance company requested photos of the damage prior to any tree removal, which I provided. I also provided photos of the tree removal while in process. On 4/3 Derrick came to our home and gave me a quote for the removal of one tree and two trees trimmed. He said it would be the following Monday or Tuesday and to keep an eye out for an e-mail to accept the job. I called on 4/6 and then again on 4/9 telling the switch board that I had not gotten an e-mail to confirm the job. Derrick then called on 4/11 and apologized and then did e-mail me the quote and I responded that yes we wanted the work done and please let me know when they would be out. My roof have lost two shingles and I called to Duffy for free estimation. They suggested to fix this for $750. Exactly it is extremely more than fair. In result I called to another roofing company and they repaired the roof for $200. Keep your pockets when work with Duffy.
