Duffy Companies was an absolute hero to us during Winter Storm Fern. We had three trees land on our house, including one right in our kitchen. Duffy quickly got a crew and equipment out to remove the trees safely. They also tarped our roof to prevent any further storm damage and did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process. Even though we had no power and there was chaos all around our neighborhood, Duffy took care of our house so we could focus on our family. We are so grateful!

During Winter Storm Fern, we had three trees fall on our house. One tree landed in our kitchen! Due to all the ice and damage, local crews were not available. Duffy showed up, like a knight in shining armor, to help us! They brought a wonderful team to help thaw the driveway so they could bring in a crane to lift the trees off our house. They had equipment to get all the trees cut up and hauled to the street. Duffy was able to tarp our roof and get us in the dry. We are so grateful to Duffy! Thank you!

Duffy was there from day 2. They were able to negotiate with the insurance to ensure our house was recovered as close as to pre-damage as possible. What kept our experience from being a full 5 was staffing and oversight issues. The workmanship of many of the painting and finish workers below 5.0 expectation. This company left a flyer on my FRONT door after Hurricane Helene. We contacted the company, never spoke to Kyle Rowe. Services were rendered. Mr. Rowe did not see the damages to my home until after the clean up was completed. He then submitted an outlandish invoice to my insurance company for payment. My insurance company requested photos of the damage prior to any tree removal, which I provided. I also provided photos of the tree removal while in process. On 4/3 Derrick came to our home and gave me a quote for the removal of one tree and two trees trimmed. He said it would be the following Monday or Tuesday and to keep an eye out for an e-mail to accept the job. I called on 4/6 and then again on 4/9 telling the switch board that I had not gotten an e-mail to confirm the job. My roof have lost two shingles and I called to Duffy for free estimation. They suggested to fix this for $750. Exactly it is extremely more than fair. In result I called to another roofing company and they repaired the roof for $200. Keep your pockets when work with Duffy.
