Duffy did a great job on replacing my roof, gutters, cleanup, and everything in between. It was great working with Michael and worked with me from start to finish to help me understand the evaluation of the work that needed to be done (materials & general architecture considerations), the interactions with insurance (meetings with the adjusters and interpretation of the documents & billing), as well as payment options.

Everyone at Duffy was incredibly patient and helpful along the way while having our roof replaced. They assisted greatly when the insurance company was stubborn and kept their promise on the cost of repairs that fell in the gray area of the scope of the insurance claim. We had one minor issue when some debris was left in our yard but they were quick to address it by cleaning it up in less than 24 hrs and addressing it with their crew. I would highly recommend Duffy.

Steve Harrison and Duffy Team were fantastic to work with. From the beginning, they helped me advocate with my insurance company and the results were positive. The roof install was easy and the team did a great job. They left the job site very clean after completing the work. Overall, I’d highly recommend the Duffy team to anyone needing a new roof.
