Everyone at Duffy was incredibly patient and helpful along the way while having our roof replaced. They assisted greatly when the insurance company was stubborn and kept their promise on the cost of repairs that fell in the gray area of the scope of the insurance claim. We had one minor issue when some debris was left in our yard but they were quick to address it by cleaning it up in less than 24 hrs and addressing it with their crew. I would highly recommend Duffy.
I would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs there tree removed! Fantastic customer service and really does want to help you out with any situation! Will continue to use them in future projects!
Steve Harrison and Duffy Team were fantastic to work with. From the beginning, they helped me advocate with my insurance company and the results were positive.
