Excellent work, excellent personnel, excellent all around. The team had to tackle a huge project in terrible conditions and did not give up - when I am certain others would have done so. They were quickly hired by our neighbors and others on the street. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a hard working team with excellent customer service.

Following the ice storm in Nashville, Tennessee in January. 2026 I was in need of a service firm to remove tree from my roof and yard that was falling over. I met with four different companies and ultimately chose Duffy. Their approach of using a crane to lift the tree off the roof and cut it up on the ground was unique to them and I thought better and safer. Their team was well coordinated and safe. Tree fell on our house. Duffys professionals handled everything from start to finish. They haggled with our insurance company, had the tree guys out there to remove the tree, fixed the roof, and deck!! We were amazed!!! Top customer service and there were no hidden cost.
