When you walk in you can help yourself to a cup of coffee or tea, or an ice cold water from the fridge. Recently looking for a new dentist and had an amazing 1st appointment with the dentist and his staff. From the moment I walked in they used my first name and truly listened to my concerns and eased my anxiety!
I am always treated very promptly and very well when I see Dr. Dugas. His staff is great and I can honestly say that I don't mind going to the dentist.
Had a cleaning with Andrea today, she was thorough and friendly. As always, Joyce in the front office makes people feel welcome.
Dugas dental is an amazing office. They have amazing customer service, making appointments is easy and they get my whole family in with no trouble all on the same day. My kids love to come in for their cleanings/appointments and enjoy talking with the staff. Dr Dugas makes you feel comfortable and is so friendly every time we come in. we refer all our friends and family to this office without hesitation.
