I recently switched to Dugas Dental and had my first appointment, and I was very pleased with the experience. All of the staff was extremely professional and kind, and I even got to pick music to listen to while I got my teeth cleaned. After the appointment, I received a handwritten card in the mail for choosing their office. It's always nice to support a small, local business!
I just want to thank Dugas Dental for outstanding service. I was running late due to an accident and only had a limited amount of time for the appts due to a later appt. They were able to take both of my kids back at the same time and get their exams done quickly. I was so grateful. I highly recommend this practice. Always friendly and easy to work with.
Dugas and his team have changed my opinions of dentists; I now look forward to getting my teeth checked. Very friendly atmosphere, happy faces, first-name communication, on demand music while you are in the chair, and top notch care. I have a busy schedule and they work around it to get the job done. I am a current patient of Dr. Dugas and recently brought my two grandchildren in for a cleaning. Both kids felt so comfortable and my grandson, 6 years old, allowed them to take x-rays. He wouldn't allow anyone to do x-rays before. They both had to return a week later to have sealants put on and were excited to get to come again.
