Loved this cute community Looked at Duncan park, it was a small but beautiful community. There is a Starbucks coffee bar in the office and tons of things to do in the surrounding area!!

Welcome to Columbus My relocation to Columbus was one marked with doubt and uncertainty, but the team at Duncan Park surely did their part in alleviating some of the headwinds. The complex and apartments are nice; and the team was friendly, curious, and helpful.

Beautiful Apts In the perfect area and apts are beautiful, spacious and comfy. Emily also was very helpful in us picking out ours and helping with everything!

Duncan Park My experience living at Duncan Park has been great so far. All of the staff are friendly and professional, and truly go above and beyond to make this community a great place to live. They have been quick to address the very few issues we've had, and the community is kept clean and well-maintained. a positive review Toured an apartment at Duncan Park with Justice. From the time I called just for info to the tour itself- she was genuine, down to earth, & professional. I ended up renewing at my current place, but had I not, I guarantee I would of been in great hands working with her. Apartment was beautiful & the grounds were well kept. The leasing office smelled amazing.

Glad I found this gem. The need to sell my home unexpectedly in 2021 sent me on housing search for a quiet, affordable, conveniently located apartment. The Champion Companies offered just what I needed. Duncan Park has been home for almost 3 years. I appreciate the ease of using the app for rental payments and maintainence requests.
