Clean beautiful apartments We just moved in last week, but the staff is super friendly and responsive. The apartment complex and clubhouse are well kept and clean, we love it!

Home sweet home! By far the best complex I’ve lived in! Management truly wants to make sure you’re happy, friendly neighbors, amazing amenities right down the road. Parking is a breeze and it’s a quiet, inviting little community! Hallee in the office is one of the many reasons it’s been so great! Responds very quick, eager to help, and very knowldgeable!
Amazing maintenance This review is particularly for maintenance guys. They have been amazing and on time always. I don’t remember the names of all the people that helped us out in the last two years but most recently Tieran Mason has been very helpful with our maintenance. Thank you to all the maintenance guys that turn up anytime.

Duncan park review It was good until I got singled out for doing stuff other people do
declining value/higher expenses since Champion takeover less maintenance on property, less enforcement of rules, fees and utilities increased, damage to amenities, dog waste everywhere, children that leave messes all over the grounds
