Duncan is amazing!!! We had excellent customer service from the application process to the tour to move in! Our home has been peaceful, the community is lovely to look at, and we’re located near so many shops and restaurants. It’s going to be amazing raising our expected little one here. We couldn’t be happier to call Duncan home!

Nice place to live This was my first time moving into an apartment all by myself, and Ally and the whole team made the process super smooth for me. They are super friendly and are very fast with responding to emails, which is great if you ever run into any issues or you have any questions regarding the apartment. The apartment itself is very nice and cozy. Some other perks of living here include 24/7 access to the gym, free Starbucks coffee, a beautiful rooftoop, and a dog park. Great spot Maintenance, leasing, and office staff are all great. Sizable floorplan options with access to the Berkley amenities. Quick responses for any of the Champion staff. Close to tons of retail, dining, and entertainment.

Great Place to live The Office and Maintenance are amazing and easy to work with. Definitely, take advantage of the amenities. Everyone there is so easy to work with and are friendly and kind
