RecommendedLocation: The resort is located in Red Bluff which is 51 miles from the Lassen National Park entrance. Sites: All the sites are concrete and level with plenty of space between your neighbor. We stayed at a river site which has a great view of the Sacramento River behind a fence. Facilities: The resort is very clean and sites were level. Amenities: Camp store is well stocked and the pool and spa are great to beat the heat or relax. The park is lovely and they put on a nice weekend BBQ and music. The facilities are very clean. A couple of things kept it from being 5 stars. They allow smoking in the pool area. Someone with a big cigar sat beside us and it was disgusting. He smoked the whole time he was there and several small children were there also. Secondly, when checking in, the office should warn you about all the theft that takes place in the park from homeless camps down at the river. We had our $400 Yeti stolen right by our front door. RecommendedWe very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This resort is well kept and the sites are easy to get in and out of.
RecommendedThis is a very clean RV Park; however it could use some maintenance. The grass is dry and dying. Trees are being watered but not the grass. An unfortunate incident happened last night. Our $400 Yeti cooler was stolen and it was right beside the steps to our motorhome. Other rvers stated there is a homeless camp close by and there are problems with them. So BEWARE and lock everything up. The office took the info and ask us to call the police.
