Lovely greeting at checkin from staff and guests alike. Very clean, very well-equipped, no skimping on amenities here! Coffee in the clubhouse in the morning, restrooms, showers and laundry available. There’s a dog run and a do-it-yourself dog wash. In the main building is a nice little store. Before long, the trees will be big and will offer more shade than they do now. We’ll be back!

Nice clean park spaces are plenty large enough. The pool area is very nice however the lounge chairs could use just a little bit of padding.The resort is conveniently located two both red Bluff and Redding. Cable TV is very good but the tango Wi-Fi leave something to be desired.

A very beautiful place, full hookups, plenty of room, laundry room, rec room.... best of all right off the freeway.

This RV resort is top notch. I wish we could've stayed for a month! One night was not enough. I'd definitely come back. Amazing, friendly staff, nice large sites, very clean and beautiful amenities. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Beautiful park very well maintained and the pool is big and the water fountains are lit with colors at night. They pick trash and recycling right at your site and you can even get your propane tanks picked up filled and delivered back. The facilities are very nice restrooms and showers.
