Dustin always answers his phone and is very responsive. We had an issue at closing and the funder was awesome and got it done for us. My only concern in the process is that if we are CTC early, its hard to wait until 48-24 hrs before closing to balance with title. It should be done much earlier To reward those who are ready early.
