I prefer a more professional and complete style of communication. Everyone was friendly but too casual and I would like to have seen all my options in writing sooner. I responded to requests from Dustin and team quickly but dealt with 4 different people on Dustin's team that did not all track the information or respond to questions. Overall I'm happy with my loan and the process is complete but having been through this 3 times before I know it can be done smoother and with more clarity.
