We knocked out a quick close (21 days) with out any griping and complaining --- it was just (paraphrasing of course) "You ain't got no problem, Brent. I'm on it. Everything was fluid and there was good communication throughout the process. The only hiccups were the water test and ultimately having to pay a late fee in addition to the February mortgage because of it. Learning experience all around.
