I was negotiating with two lenders at the beginning of the process. The competing broker didn't feel like they had my best interest in mind. They came in high on most everything and only conceded issues once they learned I was also negotiating with Dustin. From the beginning, Dustin provided more attractive tangibles indicative of my credit standing and down payment. I felt as though Dustin was working for me while I didn't feel that way with the other lender. I would use Dustin again.
