Dustin received this file 3 weeks into a transaction but the buyer was not even at the point of attaining a pre-approval. The team worked day and night to get the buyer pre-approved, moving all the parts through as they came so we were not waiting for any condition to be met, by the time the buyer was approved all the conditions basically had been met and we were able to close a few days later.
