Dustin was awesome to work with. He ran multiple different number scenarios to get us the best deal. He was also genuinely interested in our lives and helping us make it a little easier with out refi. We had one small hiccup with paperwork, and he got back to me in less than an hour with the explanation and fix. I highly recommend working with Dustin for your refi or new home loan; he was great!

It started out great but there there were lacking in communication and longer wait times for answers. Then to get the ball rolling then t took time, then the answer to questions became more unanswered. Some of the finishing papaerwork was more unsure. Then the whole focus was gone.
