Dustin was very honest and thoughtful. Always there with an easy to understand answer to a situation or issue. His explanation of terms, and process were easy to understand. He was extremely customer service oriented. I chose Mutual because he took the time to explain a quote I received from loan depot and show me its pit falls. If it weren't for him I would've been in trouble.

Dustin was personable and informative. He took time to answer all the many questions that came up during the refinancing process.
