I was first impressed by the open, clean and uncrowded waiting room, the friendly staff and very short wait time! Dr. Groff listened and addressed my concerns. She was highly recommended to me by a friend and I will do same.
Clean office, friendly staff and short wait. I was greeted by Dr. Groff and assistant as they entered, then she listened intently to my reasons for being in the office. She quickly gave me options and solutions to my visit that after my procedures, I was out in about an hour. I have been to one other Dermatologist and he felt my visit with him was unneeded. His demeanor was also very rude. I will continue seeing Dr. Groff and refer anyone to her business.
I love, love Dr. G. She is efficient, friendly and compassionate. Her staff is kind and accommodating. Her office is lovely, super zen. I highly recommend this practice to you.
