I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and took me right back to a room. Facility was very clean. Dr. Groff was friendly, knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns.

After a mixup with my insurance, the problem was rectified post haste. The office staff is super friendly and I was placed in an exam room after a very brief wait. I informed Dr. Groff of past skin problems and she personally called me to tell me the results of my biopsies and referred me to a top Mohs surgeon.
