Ja'Red was absolutely amazing. talk about being so in tune with the client's issue areas and really paying attention to the areas/source of the issues. he seems to find those trigger points and allows you to breathe deeply through the knots rather than rushing over them. Jared was very informative and knowledgeable about measures to take with strengthening my core to help keep my back properly aligned. His massage style is very unique focusing on alignment and he is very professional. I highly recommend Jared for your massage needs that will actually help in the long run and not just during the day of the massage.

I was having pain in my neck, shoulder and back. The massage Ja'red gave me was different than any other I've had before and I really liked it for its therapeutic effect. I left feeling great. I liked the music and appreciate the exercises and stretching instructions he provided. Great experience and would recommend him.
