Got this for a friend as a gift. When they arrived for the appointment, the buildings surrounding it were in construction, and no one was in the office even though they had confirmed the appointment time. Phone calls left earlier were never responded to either. On top of that, I received an email that the business had redeemed the Groupon two days later, when it was absolutely not used.
Business response:
Kirsten, the only time a voucher is redeemed without being used is if per our cancellation policy, someone cancels with less than 24 hours notice. Rather than charge them the full cost of the session ($75). The construction on the building has been a challenge, but it's was not in our area. We've been good about rescheduling people who've been thrown by the construction as well. We apologize that your friend's experience was less than expected, and would happily reschedule the session.
