I don’t think there are words…….. Kurtis is amazing! I highly recommend him to anyone even considering buying a home. Our situation was a bit complicated and it was an 11 month process, but Kurtis was with us the whole time. (Keep in mind, he wasn't getting paid anything from us for that time. There was no payout to him until if/when we actually purchased a home.) Joe Mercuri is outstanding and lived up to his excellent recommendation! He definitely knows the market, he is responsive and helpful, he went above and beyond to simplify the process.
