It was just OK she did her job things got done,I had to send several emails to fix things on the documents. Title company sucked, way to much paper work my wife had to fill out with information you already had. Documents were not complete for notary she had to improvise several times. The experience we had a year ago when we refinanced with Geneva Financial was a better system did not have to have so much bank documentation. In simple terms we just felt more pressure with your company.

We had a problem with the title and the notary had to come out twice (2.5 hrs each time). I know some of the problem was with the mortgage company and not the title company. I think the mortgage company was in a rush and didn’t communicate throughly. One thing the title could do better is to send me an email stating how they were going to title property. Isn’t that your job?
