Jonathan was able to help me out with my refinance and made it easy and fast.
We had a problem with the title and the notary had to come out twice (2.5 hrs each time). I know some of the problem was with the mortgage company and not the title company. I think the mortgage company was in a rush and didn’t communicate throughly. One thing the title could do better is to send me an email stating how they were going to title property. Isn’t that your job?
